David Sutton is a friend of mine who works with faux finishes, restorations and decorative painting along with his fine art. We have worked together on several projects including the restoration of two churches and the old governor’s mansion. Recently he came up to the mountains and painted my generator case to look like wood and the concrete pillars holding up my studio to match the rock work of my basement and chimney. He also cleaned and re-varnished a painting from the early 1960s for me. Thanks David, good stuff! Here are a few photos of his work.
