Saturday on the Bear Tree Trail

We have a trail called the Bear Tree Trail because at the trail head there is a tree with bear scratches that get higher each year. Same bear? We don’t know. We’ve only run into bears a few times on this trail but my cameras have photographed quite a few. It is a good flat trail which is odd to the mountains and more or less parallels a pristine creek.
