Rain

After months of a drought we finally get some rain, great! It has been about a week since the rain started. The only complaint I have is that I am renovating my studio and there are things I have to do outside in preparation. I love the rain, the forest loves it and especially my garden loves it. Before the climate started changing we got 80 – 100 inches of rain a year. We still hit that mark some years but overall we’re in a multi-decade drought. Here is a “rain” print I produced many years ago. We look to the sky for our prophets and we look to the sky for rain. In that manner rain is synonymous with the prophet.
