A while back I stumbled onto what I thought was a double secret hidden swimming hole. As I was scrambling down the bank I found a rope someone had tied to a tree to help climb down. Someone had been there already. So I downgraded it to just secret. There is a 4-foot slanted waterfall to slide down into a waist deep pool. There is a shallow area after that and another pool not as deep. At the end of that pool is a flat rocky area then a fairly major waterfall. The waterfall isn’t a problem unless the water level is high, then you would be stupid to swim at the top of a waterfall anyway. These photos are a re-visit on a recent hike. Also a shot of my road, a neat-o spider web and a line of Alder trees overtaking a stream.
