Prints of the Day… Ghost Prints

A ghost print is a print pulled from a plate or block without re-inking first. These are usually either a mistake or a step in cleaning a plate but sometimes the effect is used on purpose. I will often play with the concept to make mono-prints. I throw most away but some are complete enough to call a print. Here are a few examples.
